Cygnet Health Care, a leading provider of specialist mental health services, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Oaklands in Hexham, Northumberland.

The successful candidate will work 24, 36 or 42 hours a week (days/nights/alternate weekends), providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our excellent apprenticeship scheme, flexible working arrangements, and regular coaching and appraisal.
