Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at PSR Solutions on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work 38.5 hours per week on day or night shifts.

• Create individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring up-to-date person-centred information.
• Promote a positive environment that fosters residents' well-being and dignity.

• N/SVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred.
• Diploma/HNC in Health and Social Care can be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care standards.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to make a positive impact.
