**Lead the Way in Person-Centred Care**

Join us as a Senior Night Care Assistant and take on a leadership role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients' residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, respecting their dignity and preferences at all times. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, including medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews. To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of clinical care principles.
