Experienced Care Assistant

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Hexham. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to residents in a residential care setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs. You will be working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
* Provide personal care and support to residents as needed
* Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the relevant authorities
Requirements:
* Diploma/HNC in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly including night shifts
