Care Assistant Position in Residential Care

About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Hexham. This is a permanent position working 38.5 hours per week on day or night shifts.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Formulate individual care plans for each resident, ensuring that this information is person-centred and updated regularly.
Requirements:
">- N/SVQ level 2 or 3 qualification or Diploma/HNC in health and social care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering high standards of care
