Facilities Care Specialist

Oaklands, a specialist residential service with nursing in Hexham, Northumberland, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Care Specialist to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.
About the Role:
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the site
- Ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Complying with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily and weekly cleaning regimes
- Employing safe working practices and adhering to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining and replenishing stock
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic work (desirable)
- Knowledge of COSHH (desirable)
- Friendly, conscientious and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
