Disability Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care service in Hexham, providing a supportive environment for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disability support and be able to develop tailored support packages to meet the complex needs of our residents.
In addition to residential care, we also provide shortbreaks in our unit called Acorn, where children can experience a home-from-home supported environment.
Salary: Up to £25.00 per hour (equivalent to £45,000 - £49,400 per annum), plus on-call allowance if interested in a permanent role.
About Our ServiceWe operate a purpose-built bungalow with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and communal living and play areas, set within a large enclosed garden with various play equipment.
Our current residents are aged 13-16 years, and we work closely with families and professionals to ensure each child receives personalized support.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage our residential care team, ensuring high-quality care and support is provided to our residents.

- To work collaboratively with families, professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
