We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them to identify their needs and goals, and develop personalized plans to achieve these objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support: Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Assistance: Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Communication: Develop effective communication skills to work with individuals with learning disabilities, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
