Manager for Disabled Children

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential care team in Hexham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans for children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Manager qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with disabled children and young people.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:
£45,000 - £49,400 per annum, plus a £700 on-call allowance.
