Children's Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Flashcare Recruitment Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team providing residential care for disabled children with moderate to severe learning disabilities in a purpose-built bungalow.
The role involves working closely with families and professionals to meet the complex needs of the children, as well as developing tailored support packages to enable them to benefit from their stay.
Key Details:
• Competitive salary: Up to £45,000-£49,400 per annum, plus £7,800 on-call allowance if interested in temp-perm position
Responsibilities
