Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care service in Hexham. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with disabled children and young people, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential care service.
  • To develop and implement individualized support plans for children and young people.
  • To collaborate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • To manage budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with disabled children and young people.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £49,400 per annum, plus a £700 on-call allowance. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
