About the Role
HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals. You will also provide emotional support to our residents, helping them to maintain their sense of individuality and dignity.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues. You will be passionate about delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart, with a focus on making every day count for our residents.

Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary package includes a starting rate of £10.50 per hour, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a range of benefits and services to support your physical and psychological well-being.
