Nursing and Dementia Care Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One, providing exceptional care and support to our residents with dementia and nursing needs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care that prioritizes the physical and emotional well-being of each individual.

About the Position:
  • Provide tailored care and support to residents with dementia and nursing needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress, contributing to a safe and effective care environment.

Salary Information:

Our salary range for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Please note that we offer a competitive hourly rate for part-time or flexible workers.
