Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
- Support the development and implementation of care plans to meet individual resident needs
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Strong communication and leadership skills
