We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Liaison Specialist to join our team at Home Group Limited.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers who require support with complex mental health, learning disabilities and dual diagnosis needs. As our Lead Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of empowering our customers to live more independently in the community.
As a Customer Support Liaison Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our small team of Support Workers to create tailored support plans that cater to the individual needs of our customers. Your role will involve coordinating daily living activities such as meal planning, budgeting, and maintaining tenancy, as well as supporting customers with goal setting and regular reviews.
You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our customers, helping them to achieve their hopes and aspirations. Our collaborative environment ensures that you will have ample time to collaborate with colleagues and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess passion, experience, and skills in creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues. Your ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach will enable you to thrive in this position.
A vehicle insured for business purposes is essential, and we will cover your mileage costs. Please note that due to current sponsorship limitations, we cannot offer sponsorship to external candidates at this time.
