**Your Tasks**:

- Operate as a member of the Raw Board team, actively helping to achieve optimum plant utilisation and efficiency through coordination and supervision on a shift basis.
- Ensure all aspects of production and the relevant recording systems are maintained accurately.
- Provide temporary cover for the Shift Supervisor as and when required (absence, annual leave etc.).
- Undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to run every aspect of the department on a shift basis, to be able to provide cover for the Shift Supervisor as required.
- Identify and communicate training requirements and arrange the availability of personnel.
- Liaise with Production Management as to the condition of the equipment, maintenance requirements or personnel issues and to keep them informed of any production related issues.
- Maintain an administrative and orderly system for the section.
- Provide out of hour’s support as required.

**Our Requirements**:

- Good standard of secondary education.
- CIEH Supervising Health and Safety certificate/IOSH Managing Safely
- Fork Lift Truck License preferred.
- Related work experience within a supervisory role desirable, with knowledge of the Raw Board department a strong preference.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience of SAP preferred.
