Liquid, a leading not-for-profit housing provider, is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team as Housing Officers and Property Management Officers. We are continuously recruiting for Housing Officers and Property Management Officers on a temporary or temp to perm basis across the UK, paying £18.09 ph PAYE / £23.78 ph Umbrella at Level 1 & £19.38 ph PAYE / £25.47 ph Umbrella at Level 2. This ongoing recruitment effort reflects our client's commitment to expanding their teams with dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the community.


Housing Officers


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a small patch of properties which offers ample opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents
  2. Reviewing rent accounts
  3. Undertaking ASB interviews and agreeing action plans
  4. Taking back empty properties, advertising and re-letting
  5. Mould and damp inspections
  6. Visits to residents' homes
  7. Working in collaboration with other departments to resolve issues for residents
  8. Liaising with external stakeholders on specific cases
  9. Estate inspections
  10. Managing repairs
  11. Setting up resident accounts
  12. Supporting colleagues

Property Management Officers


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a small patch of properties which offers ample opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents
  2. Delivery of the property management and leasehold service to homeowner customers
  3. Providing a compliant, proactive and customer-focused leasehold service to residents
  4. Service charges including setting budgets, managing costs and reconciling accounts
  5. Income collection
  6. All aspects of engagement and consultation with residents (including section 20)
