About the Role:
Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team. As the face of Brent Housing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing various aspects of housing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Void Function Management: Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, promoting the Brent Housing Management brand and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Tenancy Breach Management: Effectively manage tenancy breaches in accordance with legislation and policies, ensuring compliance and minimizing disruptions.
- Estate Management Inspections: Conduct thorough estate inspections to meet health and safety and compliance requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, focusing on getting things right the first time, keeping promises, and taking ownership of customer demands and requests.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with partners to set, coordinate, track, and ensure completion of actions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for local stakeholders, including residents associations, Councillors, and the police, for individual casework and community engagement.
- Lettings Service: Deliver a comprehensive lettings service that leaves customers satisfied with Brent Housing Management from day one, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Estate Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular estate inspections and health and safety inspections to ensure statutory compliance and contract reviews, maintaining a high standard of service.
Compensation: £25.44 per hour
