Sales and Strategy Partner

**About the Job:** We are looking for a Sales and Strategy Partner to collaborate with our EMEA Mid-Market and Channel Partners sales teams. As a strong Business Partner, you will drive sales rigor, provide actionable business insights, and propel sales strategy alongside the EMEA MM leadership team.
Responsibilities:- You will lead the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including the development of channel business plans, operating models, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
- You will build a business vision for sales strategy and structure evolution, and use an analytical approach to identify short and long-term resource needs.
- You will conduct strategic market analysis, including competitive landscape assessments, to help formulate go-to-market plans.
Around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as pension scheme, private medical and dental scheme, life assurance, income protection, and flexible vacation.
