Job Overview

Air Partner, a leading international aviation services group, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our unique aircraft charter services and aviation safety and security solutions to clients worldwide.

This role involves generating new leads through various marketing strategies, responding to inbound enquiries, and managing the sales cycle for all qualified leads. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Directors to achieve personal and team revenue targets and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through proactive outbound efforts, including desk research, phone calls, and networking.
- Respond to inbound enquiries promptly, converting them into qualified opportunities and long-term customers following our Enquiry Management Guidelines.
- Manage the sales cycle for all qualified leads, from qualification to deal closure in coordination with our Sales Director and Account Management Teams.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers through regular touchpoints and personalized communication.

Requirements

- Able to speak business-standard German is a must-have requirement for this position.
- Some experience in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably within the private aviation or luxury travel sector.
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and lead conversion is a must-have requirement for this position.
