About the Role

As a Mobile Field Agent, you will be working with a leading debt recovery agency in the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate payment arrangements for customers in arrears with their Gas/Electricity bills.

Salary and Benefits Package

You can expect a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), which includes:

  • £25,200 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
  • £3,600 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
  • Earning potential via Bonus Scheme (£30,000+)
  • Fuel Allowance
  • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Pension
  • Health Care Scheme
  • 37.5 hour working week
  • Flexible working pattern
Candidate Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Full time use of a car or van
  • Business use vehicle Insurance
  • Availability to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday work between 9am and 4pm
  • Excellent standard of spoken English
