About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recovery & Wellbeing Nurse to join our team in the DN Treatment Clinics/ Lower Limb Service (LLS). As a member of our team, you will be working closely with community sisters and team managers to provide specialist care to patients with lower limb health and skin care needs.

The LLS has been successful in becoming a National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) Implementation Site, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. As a Recovery & Wellbeing Nurse, you will be responsible for providing holistic evidence-based care to patients, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care packages.

You will also be required to work independently during your working day, with support from the Community Team Manager and Specialist Service Lead. The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice and information for the holistic assessment and management of Lower Limb disease.
