The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Developing and maintaining successful client relationships">
  • Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email">
  • Obtaining prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations">
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch">
  • Composing tenders for new works">
  • Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis">
  • Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts">
  • Account management">
  • Occasional site visits">
  • Coordinating and leading service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction">

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • ">
  • Customer service and telesales experience">
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal">
  • Able to work well in a team and as an individual">
  • Good IT skills">
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload">
  • Able to develop client relationships and increase sales">
  • Ability to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required">

Working Hours

">

The working hours for this role are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch. There is room for progression in this role for the right candidate.
