As a key member of the beBee Professionals team in Weston-super-Mare, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on spearheading the expansion of our market reach, identifying new opportunities, and developing effective business strategies to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Forge and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets, ensuring the success of our business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, execute market strategies, and lead high-performing teams.
