About the Role

This leadership position requires an individual with extensive experience in sales leadership, strategy execution, and team development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's sales organization, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive sales development execution and oversight, including forecasting, revenue projections, and pipeline management.
  • Implement effective customer retention strategies and help develop a thriving customer base.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and execution of sales strategy.
  • Guide career development for sales leaders and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, a stock purchase plan, and paid time off.
