Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at JHP Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our security team, including booking meetings, filing, and producing reports.

* Utilize the Incident Management System to track and escalate security reports.

* Monitor security alarms and handle faults in a timely and efficient manner.

* Manage Security Technician schedules, audits, and reports to ensure seamless operations.

* Oversee the Security mailbox and allocate tasks to ensure prompt response to security incidents.

* Promote a positive security culture among staff, customers, and contractors through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:

* Valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK (5-year checkable history).

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

* Flexibility to work out of hours or weekends when needed to ensure business continuity.

Desirable: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or administrative capacity.
