Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Targeted interventions: Design and implement focused interventions to address specific learning gaps, utilizing adaptable teaching methods.
  2. Student progress tracking: Continuously monitor and evaluate student progress, providing actionable feedback to educators, parents, and school administrators to enhance outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • QTS or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Background in primary education, especially in Years 1, 2, or 6, with a focus on intervention work being beneficial.
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and forward-thinking approach to addressing diverse learning needs.
Our Benefits:
