We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to support students with behavioural needs in a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Oldham.

This role focuses on delivering tailored interventions, collaborating with teachers and pastoral teams, and providing classroom support to ensure smooth lesson delivery and manage behavioural incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted interventions for students with behavioural challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEN staff to implement individual behaviour plans.
  • Provide classroom support and manage behavioural incidents effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of behaviour management strategies across the school.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience supporting students with behavioural or emotional needs in an educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply.
