Job Summary
Teaching Personnel is hiring an Inclusion Room Specialist to provide essential support to students with behavioural, social, emotional, and academic needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
• Manage the Inclusion Room, creating a safe and supportive environment for students requiring additional assistance.
• Work closely with students to identify and address barriers to learning, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic success.
• Plan and deliver targeted interventions to support students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and pastoral teams to develop and implement personalised support plans.
• Track and report on student progress, behaviour, and attendance in the Inclusion Room, providing regular updates to senior staff and parents.
• Stay informed of best practices in inclusive education by attending relevant training and development sessions.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
