Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in education, psychology, or a related field, with experience in supporting students with behavioural, social, emotional, and academic needs. Key responsibilities include managing the Inclusion Room, providing individual and group interventions, collaborating with teaching staff, and tracking student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Inclusion Room to create a safe, supportive environment for students requiring additional assistance.
  • Work closely with students to identify and address barriers to learning, implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic success.
  • Plan and deliver targeted interventions to support students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCO to develop personalised support plans.
  • Track and report on student progress, behaviour, and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, counselling, or a related field.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Experience working with students with Behavioural, Social, Emotional, and Academic (BSE&A) needs.
Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
