Educational Support Professional

This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment, providing one-to-one support to a child with complex needs.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working with children who have ASD and speech & language difficulties, as well as experience working with challenging behaviour.
This role is ideal for a Support Worker looking to transition into education or a Psychology Graduate eager to pursue a career in teaching.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to a child with complex needs, including ASD and speech & language difficulties.
- Ensure the child's safety and well-being throughout the day.
You will also need:
- Previous SEN experience
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential)
To be eligible for this role:
- Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
