Job Title:

Behavioural Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

This Behavioural Support Coordinator role is a key position within our organisation, responsible for delivering high-quality support services to students with Behavioural, Social, Emotional, and Academic (BSE&A) needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students with BSE&A needs, using evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with teaching staff, SENCO, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive education policies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with BSE&A needs.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
Remuneration:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
