About the Role:

  • Co-ordinate and deliver care and support services to clients with spinal cord injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (£115 per day on a zero hour contract).
