Job Title: Education Support Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £1664 - £1800 per annum (dependent on experience, training or qualifications)
About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to deliver high-quality interventions across Key Stage 1 and 2 in a primary school in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help to bridge attainment gaps.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver effective interventions across core subjects to KS1/2 children
- Work closely with a variety of children, catering to different abilities, to ensure seamless progress
- Foster positive relationships with staff and pupils
- Meet pupils' needs as a whole under the supervision of the class teacher
- Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in Teaching Assistance
- Experience working in a long-term KS2 classroom within a primary school setting
- Daily rates paid weekly by our payroll team using PAYE
- Pension contributions after qualifying period
