Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the collection of income and prevention of arrears escalation, providing excellent support to tenants. Key responsibilities include:
- Income Collection: Collecting rent and other income from tenants, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.
- Arrears Management: Managing arrears recovery, providing guidance to tenants, and negotiating payment plans.
- Customer Support: Offering excellent support to tenants, assessing their financial situation, and advising on available benefits.
- Collaboration: Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
