We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Worker - Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic Middlesbrough Therapy Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering rehabilitation services to patients within the community.
Your Responsibilities:- Work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct home visits, care home assessments, and group therapy sessions to provide tailored support.
- Collaborate effectively with statutory and voluntary organizations to promote patient independence and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 A-levels or equivalent qualifications, including Health and Science subjects.
- Proven experience working within a health or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Candidates will be required to cover the cost of their Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
