About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Arts and Culture Programme Lead to join OCTAGON THEATRE's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative engagement programme and department, driving successful project delivery and partnership development.

This leader will work closely with local authorities and partner organisations to deliver impactful projects that promote engagement in culture and the arts in Bolton.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arts administration and project management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic partnerships.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
