About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Engagement Specialist to join our team at Agility Resoucing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice to relevant business areas, identifying communication and engagement opportunities in line with our Strategic Plan.
  • Design and deliver public affairs and engagement support services, enhancing our reputation and delivery of strategic priorities.
  • Assist the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and communications in managing team workstreams and overseeing priority projects.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

What We're Looking For:

  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting various documents and facilitating internal and external events.
  2. Understanding of current transport and related policy environments, or experience in political, infrastructure, or transport sectors.
  3. Experience conducting or managing research and analysis to enhance business performance.
  4. Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the connections between government policy changes and day-to-day operations.
  5. Familiarity with stakeholder management systems.
  6. Understanding of the UK Parliament and central/local government workings.
  7. Experience with social media and digital campaigning tools.
