Job Title: Healthcare Policy Specialist

We invite applications for a Healthcare Policy Specialist to join our Health Organisation, Policy and Economics (HOPE) research group at The University of Manchester.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Professor Matt Sutton and other team members on two projects funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). These projects focus on examining take-up of Pension Credit and contributing to the Policy Research Unit in Health and Care Systems and Commissioning (PRUComm).

This role requires expertise in economics and health economics, particularly in advanced micro-econometric techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. They will work closely with stakeholders, policymakers, and experts in the field to inform decision-making and shape healthcare policy.
