Belgravia Healthcare is proud to support a national complex care provider seeking dedicated and skilled Healthcare Assistants to join their dynamic Specialist Mobilisation Team.

This vital role involves supporting care packages across Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and case managers. You will play a critical role during key transitions, such as hospital discharges, crisis management, and care package breakdowns.

About the Role

As part of our Specialist Mobilisation Team, you will deliver exceptional care to individuals with complex needs across the following areas:

* Adult Complex Care

* Paediatric Complex Care

* Rehabilitation Services

* Spinal Cord Injury Care

* Huntington’s Disease Care

* Cerebral Palsy Care

* Brain Injury Care

* Severe Mental Health Care

* Locked-In Syndrome Care

* Multiple Sclerosis Care

* Motor Neurone Disease Care

* Muscular Dystrophy Care

* Transforming Care

You will work on short-term assignments lasting 8–12 weeks (maximum of 16 weeks). Flexibility, professionalism, and composure in potentially high-pressure environments are key.

Candidates must be available to travel nationally, including overnight hotel stays when required (fully reimbursed).

* Monday to Friday Days (8am–2pm): £23.80/hr

* Monday to Friday Nights (2pm–8am): £27.26/hr

* Weekends (Friday 2pm–Monday 8am): £33.75/hr

* Bank Holidays (All Hours): £55.38/hr

* Flexible Shifts: Rotational shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
