Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Partnership Director to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to meet targets within budget, overseeing capital investment attraction, real estate and developer engagement, business development aligned with the Local Industrial Strategy, and account management for foreign-owned businesses in Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective partnerships with key intermediaries, including the Department for Business and Trade and Office for Investment, to optimize the effectiveness of business development activity and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of MIDAS' strategic engagement with the public and private sector in Greater Manchester, including account management of key foreign-owned companies and engagement with key markets.
- Manage the marketing and activity budget with the existing team, ensuring that activity is well planned and evaluated and that financial guidelines and processes are adhered to.
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum.
