Job Description

The Account Director role is responsible for strategically developing and sustaining dynamic and mutually beneficial partnerships with global clients. This involves managing high-performing account teams across departments, directing overall profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an inspiring and strategic account leader for global accounts, delivering best-in-class campaigns.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to maximize agency influence and client success.
  • Direct, manage, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and support for client deliverables.
