Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Partnership Development Director to lead our partnership development efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Microsoft partners, developing and maintaining strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective partnership management.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record of success in partnership development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new Microsoft partners through targeted outreach, industry events, and networking.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new Microsoft partners to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of new business, regularly tracking and forecasting potential partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Previous experience working at Microsoft or with Microsoft partners is essential.
  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in a business development or sales role, within the Microsoft Channel sector.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and networking skills, with the confidence to engage at industry events.
  • Remote & Travel Flexibility: Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to partner sites as required.
  • Ambitious & Results-Driven: A goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for building and expanding partnerships.

Compensation Package: £90k OTE (On-Target Earnings)
