Strategic Account Director Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy for key clients to deliver key performance targets.
  • Be the primary contact for strategic customers, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution of account management governance processes, including strategy workshops and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, with a strong understanding of the Fintech sector.
