We are seeking an experienced B2B Security Growth Manager to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who can drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of security products and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the security industry and be able to provide expert advice to clients. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently without instruction. Industrial and commercial B2B sales experience is essential and experience with CCTV/Site exposure is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
