About the Role

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Staff Nurse to join our team at Goldenhill Resource Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmes of care using a strength-based recovery-focused approach, involving individuals and their carers in the process.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other professionals to deliver person-centred care in a variety of community settings.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of care programmes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A live NMC UK PIN and registration as a mental health nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes recovery and well-being.
