We deliver a wide range of services, including acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care, to a population of over 1.2 million.

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our community mental health hub, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals with complex mental health needs. Under the supervision of the Nurse Team Leader, you will coordinate care delivery and provide direct care through one-to-one sessions, treatment clinics, and resource centre duty.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing skilled nursing support and effective care planning, implementation, and evaluation of agreed interventions.
  • Coordinating care delivery and providing direct care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Supervising junior staff and taking charge in the absence of the Nurse Team Leader.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current driving license.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
