About Scottish Action for Mental Health, our vision is a society where people can live their lives fully, regardless of present or past circumstances.

We are currently looking to recruit a Support Worker 2 for our Way Forward service based in Glasgow. This role involves working with individuals who have severe and enduring mental health issues, providing supported tenancies and helping them achieve their identified outcomes.

Job Description:
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and medication
  • Liaising with primary health care services
  • Enabling individuals to achieve their chosen outcomes

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires initiative, compassion, energy, and determination. You will be working in a supportive environment, with opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

You will work between service bases but may be required to work flexibly across local services. The service operates days a year.
