We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. Our Supported Accommodation service provides individuals with long-term mental health issues the opportunity to live independently and access daily support.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide recovery-focused support and enhance the mental wellbeing of individuals. They will assist people in working towards their individual outcomes and goals, as outlined in their personal plan.

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will have the ability to influence what we do and develop ideas to showcase your achievements. This will make a positive impact on the people we support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team that makes a difference in the lives of individuals with long-term mental health issues. You will be responsible for providing support to individuals in a collaborative and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using recovery tools to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Assisting with personal care when required
  • Updating and maintaining relevant recording systems, including computer-based systems
  • Participating in project work as required
  • Working in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Participating in training activities and meetings as required
  • Core IT skills and ability to input data, basic word processing, manage emails and electronic diary
  • Explaining clearly and accurately issues, policies, procedures and other pertinent information
