Administration Contract Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. This role will involve providing administration and business support to the TCS Oakhanger contract, ensuring great customer service is delivered throughout.
You will be responsible for disseminating approved internal and external communications, providing assistance with contract commercial activity, and producing the internal monthly contract newsletter.
In addition, you will manage the TCS SharePoint site, ensure document control via the site, and participate in the Senior Management Team by providing input and contributing to site-wide decision making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and can work unsupervised on administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dissemination of approved internal and external communications
- Assistance with contract commercial activity
- Production of the internal monthly contract newsletter
- Management of the TCS SharePoint site
- Document control via the SharePoint site
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and organised; able to work unsupervised on administrative tasks
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent written skills and the ability to draft formal correspondence and communications
- Able to take accurate and relevant meeting notes and produce timely and accurate minutes
